Second Time (or more!) course

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether this is your second, third, fourth or fifth pregnancy each one is so special and different. 

When you are expecting your first baby there is usually a huge amount of excitement, interest and advice (welcome or not!) When it comes to your next pregnancy there is often a bit less of all of these as you've 'been there, done that' before.

As second time parents it is true that you will know more about pregnancy, birth and looking after a baby than you did before. However, there are often loads more questions that come up that aren't covered on standard antenatal courses:

• Will my labour be the same again?
• Who will look after my older child(ren) when I'm in labour?
• How & when do I tell my children about the baby?
• What will the fourth trimester be like with an older child at home?
• How can I prepare my child to become a big brother/sister?
• I had a negative experience of birth last time - how can I aim for a positive birth this time round?

My second time parents course will help you answer all of the above & much more! It covers:

1. A full six-hour hypnobirthing course with a focus on second (or more) time pregnancy & birth
2. Coaching module: Practical preparation for the new baby 
3. Coaching module: Preparing your older children for the new arrival
4. Post birth meet up

The course is split into 4  x 2 hour sessions held over four consecutive Thursday evenings. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with parents in the same position as you.  These are currently held in the beautiful village of Kelvedon, just 15 mintues from Colchester. 

The post birth meet up is arranged at the end of the course at a time to suit your group.
